RSC – “Shadow Lady”

/

RSC churn out a retro-minded vein of metal and rock, recently releasing a slew of singles. “Shadow Lady” is among them, a thunderous success from the band comprised of members throughout the world — from St. Petersburg to Los Angeles. The introduction is patient to unfold, with blaring guitars emerging past the 30-second mark following a gradual textural evolution. From there, fierce guitars and suave vocals never let go. The chorus at 01:55 — “shadow lady playing tricks on me,” — succeeds wholly. “Shadow Lady” is a well-accomplished effort that will certainly appeal to fans of heavier rock.

“Shadow Lady and other memorable tracks released in June 2020 can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of June 2020’ Spotify playlist.
