Sluka – “Vampire’s Ball”

/

Sluka‘s latest track is a Bowie-esque romp, fit with Halloween vibes that quiver and chill. A dramatic, piano-forward composition sets “Vampire’s Ball” in motion over eloquent vocals. The second half briskly rises into anthemic fervor, with shifty synths and charismatic vocals arising during the “vampire’s ball,” repetition. The bridge at 02:30 is also effectively interwoven, with thunderous guitar distortion and slight keys building toward the majestic “we live in a dream,” vocal hook. Anthemic with a theatrical mindset, “Vampire’s Ball” is the latest success from Sluka.

“Vampire’s Ball” and other memorable tracks from July can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of July 2020’ Spotify playlist.
