Soaring vocal hypnotics and a bustling bass line exude a captivating vibrancy from the get-go, expanding further upon the guitar-based entrancement into the caressing vocals through the one-minute turn. The entry of eerie strings sends chills amidst the plucked guitars, fully immersing upon the haunting vocals at the two-minute mark. An melodic, atmospheric stunner, “Walking through Walls” sets an excellent tone for the rest of Drones.
