Written as a lullaby and fully compelling in its lushly inviting allure, “junebug” is a new track from Las Vegas-based artist Tim Sorbs. Caressing acoustics and haunting vocals craft an intimate, spell-inducing allure to start. The vocals send chills with their soaring character, bolstered by heart-tugging guitar twangs alongside an underlying ambience that resembles waves crashing. “junebug” emulates the feeling of nighttime contemplation on a beach, in blissful isolation.
“I wrote and recorded this in my home studio,” Sorbs explains. “I wrote it as a lullaby for my friends daughter.”
