“Does anybody care?” the vocals ask as buzzier guitars emerge, meshing indie-rock and psych-pop with a harmonious glow. The project of Zane Ruttenberg, Thanks Light… impress here with a production that cohesively intertwines ardent rock with ’60s-touched psychedelia and folk. The track represents the first single from their upcoming album, Wildcatting, out in January via Enjoy Ears Records.
