Adios Ghost – “D.Y.T.”

/

NYC-based band Adios Ghost combine funky rhythmic entrancement and dreamy electronic mystique on the captivating “D.Y.T.” The single comes via their upcoming album, Happy House, which was produced by Phil Mossman of LCD Soundsystem. Prancing synth tones and the bouncy bass pulses pair with infectious qualities to start, complemented by jangling guitar reverb as the vocals come into clear view. Galloping bass, effervescent synths, twanging guitars, and contagious vocals all converge during the memorable central chorus, reminding fondly of Future Islands in its aesthetic. “D.Y.T.” is a thorough success from Adios Ghost, leaving us in firm anticipation of Happy House.
