A lushly inviting, jangly sound envelops across “Attach Your Memories,” a newly released track from MatAre. Coming via his upcoming album Extinction Burst, its opening track dazzles from the get-go with its dreamy synths, twangy guitar warmness, and vocal urge to “attach your memories to me.”
The guitar progressions and bass presence remind fondly of New Order, while MatAre’s vocals deftly balance caressing lushness and hooky punchiness. “You’re the breeze that moves the trees, you’re the heat when it’s 100 degrees,” his vocals continue, inviting into further synth flourishes and jangling guitars as the second half arrives and continues to allure. “Attach Your Memories” is a stellar track from MatAre, whose upcoming album we’re certainly anticipating.
