First catching my ear last year with tracks “Yeah Everything” and “Highs and Lows,” Milwaukee act L’Resorts are back with a handful of new releases. “Squeeze You” is a single released last week, showing a playful interchanging dual-vocal approach amidst acoustics and xylophone touches. The “I’m gonna squeeze you,” chorus plays with heart-tugging charm. Another recent track release, “What I Can Give” comes from the project’s upcoming album. The “change is comin’ / I feel it in my bones,” section is accented nicely by an ensuing vintage woodwind touch, adding further depth to the project’s accessible, nostalgic pop tone.
