Los Angeles-based artist Wayne Faler engrosses with a dreamy, jangly sound on the track “Milwood St.” The breezy and ethereal enticement compels from the get-go, as Faler’s vocals flow effortlessly alongside the shimmering guitars. There’s a bit of a Rundgren-esque nostalgia in the verses, while the chorus embraces modern jangly pop in its emotive navigation. “The time it slips away, ’til there’s nothing more to see,” Faler sings, capturing the fleeting essence of time within a comforting delight of a sound.
