Impressing in the past with a variety of singles, from the spacey pop of “Consider the Crown” to the funky delights of “No Such Thing as Normal,” The Landing compels again with the catching “Outersphere.” A funk-inclined rhythm section again excels, alongside a smoothed-out vocal presentation that glides alongside lush keys that trickle with a hypnotic glow.
“This how the story goes, the more you learn, the less you know,” the vocals let out confidently amidst a whirring synth component, easing thereafter into the tropical-minded trickling of the caressing verses. “Outersphere” has an ample amount of hooky, melodic moments within a laid-back, stylish pop composure.
“Outersphere” is the second single from The Landing’s upcoming debut LP, Beautiful Human Beautifully Human.
