Rat Palace – “Look My Way”

/

Brooklyn-based quartet Rat Palace infuse ’90s rock and trip-hop nostalgia with a cutting-edge passion for memorable results on new single “Look My Way.” Representing the first single from the act’s upcoming debut full-length Dust-Free Home, out in early April, “Look My Way” launches quickly into an onslaught of heady guitar distortion — falling into a dreamier intrigue as Ali’s melodic vocals enter. Glimmering synth tones linger as the vocals clamor to “spare me the truth,” — launching back into the frenzied “don’t play dumb,” rock eruption. “Look My Way” is a resonating rocker from Rat Palace, whose upcoming full-length we’re certainly anticipating.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
