Tom Unbelieving – “The Harvest”

/

Lending an eerie folk-pop charm within themes of alien abduction, “The Harvest” is a memorable track from UK-based artist Tom Unbelieving. “But you will need your things, for the harvesting,” the vocals caution, as shimmering acoustics guide into a spacey synth touch amidst reflective vocal harmonies. Strings enter upon the acknowledgement of losing one’s grip, and the second half dazzles with its largely instrumental frolicking, intertwining brisk acoustics, twinkling keys, and a spaced-out ambience for a gripping finale. “The Harvest” presents some strongly intriguing songwriting from Tom Unbelieving.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
