strangers dream – “ghost song”

/

Danish rock trio strangers dream showcase an atmospheric, dynamic rock sound on “ghost song,” which also represents the title track from their debut EP. A versatile array of guitar tones linger throughout, from slowcore-friendly pulsations to rousing blasts of distortion.

The vocals excel across both sections, particularly past the three-minute turn, where thrashing guitar fervency and clamoring percussion intertwine — sounding like a heavier version of The Wrens. The “keep waiting for ghosts” refrain sends chills thereafter. “ghost song” is a delectable rock success from strangers dream.
