From the previously featured Dallas-based act Kyoto Lo-Fi, “Flowering Boulder” is a bouncy new track with a vintage pop charm inherent alongside the hushed vocals and gradual guitar twangs. The bouncy keys and playful guitar-based expansion rises alongside the vocal presence, culminating in satisfying distortion-friendly melodic success in the final minute. This is a fun release from a group presently at work on further new material.
