This particular track shows a nod to Teenage Fanclub and Olivia Tremor Control, specifically, serving as “an introspective look back on Hoffman’s formative years growing up in Cincinnati.” Hoffman’s lush vocals weave themselves around a laid-back bass line, occasional psych-friendly piano, and twangy guitars.
