Premiere: Kyle Meadows – “10 Toes”

“10 Toes” is a stellar new track from Kyle Meadows, the Pennsylvania-based singer/songwriter who has impressed with multiple tracks in the past. This consuming folk effort precedes Meadows’ forthcoming album Full Time Fever, out on 4/29. Meadows’ emotive, ethereal vocal presence emerges in the first few seconds, amidst the stirring of acoustical guitar strums. The “all of my heart,” bit – and the vocal layering in particular – play excellently as an additional guitar twang accompanies the “be my waterfall / be my fire,” plead. “10 Toes” is a yearning, melodically rousing success from Meadows, whose new album sounds like a great one.
