Jay Clark Band – “You’re Going Down”

/

“You’re Going Down” is a raucous rocker emitting an outlaw spirit. The track comes via Jay Clark Band’s newly released album The Time Is Now. The Dayton, OH-based act meshes country, southern-rock, and ’80s anthemic fervor into a nostalgic, catchy sound. The band’s knack for guitar-driven tracks in the classic rock vein is sure to appeal to fans of more throwback rock sounds. For “You’re Going Down” in partcular, Def Leppard is cited as an influence. Check out the album in its entirety on Spotify here.

“You’re Going Down” and other memorable tracks released in June can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of June 2019’ Spotify playlist.
