Coral Grief – “Crumble”

/

“Crumble” is an impressive first single from Coral Grief, a Seattle-based dream-pop project comprising Lena Farr-Morrissey and Sam Fason. Captivating, dreamy vocals from Farr-Morrissey are complemented by an assortment of jangly guitars and spacey synth additions. The verses captivate with a fully hypnotic quality. Lingering guitar textures and lush key-laden flourishes flow into the four-minute mark, setting for a serenely atmospheric conclusion. “Crumble” finds resounding success in its strong melodic pull and dream-pop aesthetic.

The track comes via Coral Grief’s self-titled EP, out on May 14th.

“Crumble” and other memorable tracks released in March can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of March 2021’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Emerging Dream-Pop.
