“Allergic” is a new track from Attics, the Brooklyn-based rock act that impressed prior with the tracks “Goodbye” and “Granite State.” Following an intimate beginning, suave acoustics and a backing organ resonate alongside soaring vocals; “Allergic” doesn’t take long to consume. The track’s easy-flowing, melodic charm never lets go from there. Aesthetically, there’s a fun likeness to throwback rockers Dr. Dog.
