The latest track from Nashville-based artist Bedon, “Daylight” releases ahead of the artist’s upcoming sophomore LP of the same name. Featured in March with the track “Waking Up Slow,” Bedon continues to tout a hooky, well-produced allure with “Daylight.”
Jumpy guitar twangs and an illuminated synth-laden backing drive into lush vocal satiation. Thumping enthusiasm during the “we’re still kids,” refrain plays with emotive impact, with the ensuing carefree backing vocal effects and futuristic synth tones approaching the second half exuding an aptly youthful feeling. “Daylight” shows a sharp, melodic production throughout.
