Hidden in the Sun – “Gravity Love”

/

San Francisco-based band Hidden in the Sun compel with a buzzing pop passion on new track “Gravity Love,” meshing anthemic rises with dreamy atmospheric introspection. “There’s something in the way you move when I am not around,” the opening vocals enamor alongside radiant synth warmness, traversing to a momentum-packed escalation. “I’m giving all that I got, but you’re still taking the shot,” they ruminate amidst roaring guitars, conjuring a nostalgic, gripping quality that reminds of Pulp’s most soaring efforts.

“Gravity Love” impresses in its dynamic tonal range, from contemplative pop-friendly verses to an erupting chorus. The track showcases the project’s melodic and atmospheric chops, bridging a modern production savvy with a throwback rock charm.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of November 2023’ Spotify playlist.
