Many Places – “Found Atlas”

/

Strutting a climactic rock satiation with themes of hope and resilience, “Found Atlas” is the latest single from Many Places, the Chicago-based band who first caught our ears last year with the track “You Might Find Me.”

Recorded in a beach house studio on Lake Michigan, “Found Atlas” builds from ruminating acoustic undercurrents into an expressive rock realm. “Take your temperature,” the vocals encourage as twangy guitars flicker, driving into a thrilling finale with brass-y enthusiasm that encourages resilience, even if it “might take all you have.” “Found Atlas” is a gripping, motivating success from Many Places, continuing the success of last year’s “You Might Find Me.”

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
