Crooked Flower – “Dancing”

/

Crooked Flower are a band from Berkeley, California with a penchant for shimmering, feel-good psych-rock. Their new album, Into The Light, is an impressive one, led by lush grooves and Angie Dang’s smooth vocals. Such is evident on the album’s opening track, the catchy “Dancing.” The vocals here resemble No Doubt’s more retrospective efforts in tone, while the deep-grooving rhythm section and sunshine-y guitars play just as well.

Stream the rest of Into The Light below, with “Search Warrant” being another highlight that shows a more jam-friendly side:

“Search Warrant” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of October 2018’ Spotify playlist.
