Poseidon’s Alley – “Lilacs”

/

The new single from Poseidon’s Alley, “Lilacs” aptly evolves like a blooming flower, expanding from sharp and icy synths alongside buzzing, sporadic pulses with an elegant unveiling. The percussive involvement combines with gentle guitar tones for a wonderfully atmospheric bliss. “Lilacs” is another success from the project, excelling with a sound that evokes lush contemplation alongside engaging guitar/synth/drum interplay — all instrumentation written and played live by Poseidon’s Alley.

The project, that of Los Angeles-based music professor Tim Herscovitc, impressed previously with the tracks “Haunted” and “Dr. Gachet.”

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of March 2023’ Spotify playlist.
