Out of Nashville, Farewell Company churn out a vintage southern-rock sound. “Shadows” is a track of theirs released today, touting a smoky vocal duet that rides suavely alongside soulful guitar tones. The song cruises along as a restrained southern-rocker for much of the first half, with the approach of 02:30 signaling an extra playfulness in the guitar work alongside a more raucous vocal delivery.
