Fallon Cush – “Your Halo’s Bright”

“Your Halo’s Bright” is a melodic track from Sydney rockers Fallon Cush, off their new album Stranger Things Have Happened. Singer/songwriter Steve Smith touts a soaring lead that meshes warmly with the pleasant guitar-driven chord changes. A twinkling bridge at the 50-second mark, with glistening guitars, builds back seamlessly into the initial guitar-pop melody. Fallon Cush show a timeless vein of rock throughout Stranger Things Have Happened, comparing to acts like Wilco in their ability to merge rock sounds of the past and present.
