Gravity Circus – “Shaky Little Dice Roll”

/

Dutch duo Gravity Circus show a satisfying rock-forward sound on new track “Shaky Little Dice Roll,” playing with a confident, blues-tinged vigor. While previous tracks like “Millennial Crisis, Pop Rocks!” and “Lotus Eating Heathen” showed elements of pop, “Shaky Little Dice Roll” is fully embracing of the rock spectrum. The guitar pulses and charismatic vocals in the verses give off a nostalgic quality, somewhat reminiscent of Rush. The title-referencing chorus bounces with a more contemporary charm, the peppiness contrasting well with the heavier verses. “Shaky Little Dice Roll” is a burst of fun, rocking energy from Gravity Circus.

“Shaky Little Dice Roll” was recorded at the Livingston Studio in London, featuring producer Bryan Wilson.

“Shaky Little Dice Roll” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of June 2021’ Spotify playlist.
